Had a blockage in our main drainage line due to tree roots. Matt from UMS came out and was able to punch through the blockage.
CUSTOMER BEWARE First let me say that this company tells their techs to ask customers for 5 star reviews so that they can receive a bonus. Which is probably one of the reasons they have a lot of 5-star reviews. I originally left a 5-star review for Nate, so that he could get a $25 bonus. I would 100% recommend this company. Kyler is amazing and very knowledgeable.
We've had 2 different techs come out mark and unfortunately I cant remember the others, but both were absolutely awesome. Very quick good quality work, very please with both experiences and will be continuing to use this company for help when needed.
