Matt came out and diagnosed a bad capacitor and also verified the AC condenser had the appropriate Freon charge. I haven’t had a chance to test the AC unit yet, however, Matt was very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job!
Called for a client who needed to check on a central air unit. We needed to know it was working properly. We had little time before the due diligence period was over.
