Overpriced | $1–200 I was referred to Utah Mechanical by my home warranty company, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Tried to work with them on a home warranty claim. They emailed me stating they would contact me. Then emailed saying everything was set up. The day before my appointment, I call them. They said “well, you never contacted us so the earliest we can do is next week.” Then proceed to ghost. Stay away.
My heater had a leak in the expansion tank. They called me back and had a technician cone the same day. Zach came ready with the part and he fixed my heater. If you have a plumbing problem (my current experience) call them. They are absolutely professional!

I had sent a claim to our warranty company for our AC the warranty company messed up our appointment so UMC hadn't received our order but Emily was so sweet and was able to squeeze us in last minute. Matt was our technician he was very professional super nice and very knowledgeable. Our AC is 23 years old and definitely needs to be replaced but he was able to help us with a temporary fix until we could afford purchasing a new unite.
