The best experience with this type of company I have had and it’s not even close. They were fair and honest and I plan to always use them moving forward.
Seriously can’t say enough good things about this company! We were told we needed to replace indoor coils for $5,000 by another company- we reached out to get another opinion and were blown away when we were told it was most likely just the capacitor and maybe the fan on the AC unit. We used UMS after our 20+ year old central air system stopped working. They were fantastic. They were very detailed in describing our available options and they walked us through all the choices. Zach, Emily and Matt were very easy to work with. Their install team was very professional. And when there was a slight issue after the install, UMS went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and everything was resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.
My ac went out on a Sunday, they came out and got it up and running quickly. The prices were way less than I expected for a late night Sunday visit, also they came out on a late night Sunday! They were professional, kind, personable, efficient. They were able to fix the unit even in the dark. I'd highly recommend this company.
These guys are absolutely worth every penny. Great communication (which is a big deal to me). Zac arrived early and was very thorough. He didnt leave until he absolutely checked everything that he could. He did a great job explaining everything also. Again, Great communication. After years of being completely loyal to another company, we were forced to find someone else and I am so glad we chose Zac and his company. I am officially converted. Don't look anywhere else, just come straight to these guys.
