This company is so great. They are incredibly on top of their scheduling. Their techs show up when they are supposed to. They respect your home and your time. I highly recommend this company.

I have never contacted Utah Mechanical Systems. I received a text message from their marketing department with an estimate for a new furnace complete with a link to an invoice. I did not request an estimate and no one from Utah Mechanical Systems has been to my house. They decided to buy information from a 3rd party and then send these estimates as a promotional marketing strategy. There is nothing in the message indicating that it is an add or a promotion. It's extremely shady marking and high unprofessional behavior.
Great service. I excellent communication before the appointment. Matt the tech answered all my questions and explained the hvac issues. Definitely recommend UMS
