Very sad, utah legal services needs to change what they say they help with. I have grandchildren in the most abusive situation that were placed their but a very dishonest caseworker that I have proven to their supervisors and the director of DCFS also the office of Ombudsman and the lies that continues to go on is causing life changing trauma to my grandchildren. Lady working intake today at 11:20 Am on 10/9/25 is very rude. She claimed I was upset and placed me on hold. When I called back she sent me to voicemail. If you don’t like your job please get a new one.
I contacted this organization months ago to ask for help with my protective measure, after having received support and guidance from them with good results, I called again and requested help with my divorce, and they told me that they could not help me because we did not have children in our marriage. This response surprised and disappointed me.
