Brandon came out and quickly determined that the leak the city said was in my main line wasn’t in my main line. He traced it to a slow leak to my master bath toilet. He was only here for 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service call. I will definitely be using leak locate if I have any problems in the future.
We had ground water coming into our basement. Utah leak locate came out within the hour and found out what was going on. They were very thorough and found where the water was coming from. Within a few days (after the rain) they had my water issue resolved. My lawn was torn up with them putting in a French drain. Utah leak locate came and fixed some cracks in our pool. They stand by their work and will come back quickly if there are any problems. They came back to check the fills afterwards and fixed them to hold. Brandon was very responsive and kind. This company has a great guarantee policy.
