Just like everyone else, I received a collections letter and never received a bill. I never even had any imaging done as I refused while at the hospital! Outrageous this is happening.
Agree with all of the other complaints as every one else. Never received a bill from them will make sure granger medical does not send their service their again it should be 0 not 1 star
Seems like there is a trend with this company sending their bills automatically to collections and claiming they sent notices without sold proof. This company seems to be used by Select Health. The debt collector stated I had three bills I did not pay for which came from the Granger Medical Clinic in West Valley, and Intermountain Health from their Murray and Taylorsville Clinic for my chest scans that were not scheduled or had an appointment. Had a baby, paid all the bills, get a surprise debt collection notice from them. What a joke.
Same as everyone else, I got an mri scan on my shoulder over a year ago (15 months ago) and was told insurance had covered everything. I kept getting phone calls from a collection agency all last week and today, turns out Utah imaging associates read the mri’s and decided to charge me for this over a year ago and was never inclined to inform me.
