Go elsewhere if you value your credit score. Went here over a year ago. They have all my insurance info on record. They failed to connect with my insurance and bill correctly. I received a notice from a collection agency. When I reached out to utah imaging thier reply was "we can not discuss this with you." The bad part is I never received communication from them. No billing or service's statement. Shity way to run a business.
As so many others reported my husband was treated at the ER. This company provided a service for the hospital, we had no contact with anyone from this company. We received a bill, but after checking with my insurance I could tell that it had not been sent to insurance. I called to ask them to submit it to insurance. Granger Medical apparently outsourced my xray readings to this group, who then charged me separately for their services and then sent my bill to collections without any warning. I'll be complaining to Granger for using this business that has a D - rating on BBB.
No bill sent... just a random text message. Didn't even know who they were or that my surgeon used them. It's insane
