Are there zero star reviews? I'd like to leave that. My experience is the same as the others. Got a letter from a debt collection company (clear management solutions). I had paid the bill already. I still had to clear it up with clear management. Clear management told me that Utah Imaging "just this morning" reported that I had already paid. What kind of business are these two running? What a joke. If there is any way, I will never work with either company again.
Adding another 1-star review because I had the same experience as many others here. I just received a collections notice for a $20.54 balance related to my son’s broken collarbone X-rays from April 2026—not even four months after the date of service. I never received a single bill or any prior notification that there was a balance due. I’ve never had anything go to collections before because I pay my bills promptly. The people running their billing might be the most incompetent group of people on Earth. Hopefully AI comes in and replaces them all soon.
I received a bill from Express Recovery Services, for a bill I never received. When I pulled up there number to contact them about this bill and saw all these reviews for the same issues I was shocked. Was is nothing being done about this. Of course when I made an appointment through Lake View Hospital, I did not think I needed to review issues about billing. Unfortunately, I am still attempting to resolve this matter. When I called Utah Imaging they said hold and sent this to Express Recovery.
O/5 stars if I could give that. Never got a bill directly from them but got a bill through clear management solutions. Tried calling them 3 times during business hours, no one picked up. I called clear management solutions and paid the amount I was supposed to. But unfortunately, it was such a hassle & inconvenience. Whoever runs this place needs to do better.
