Avoid doing business with this business whatever it takes, they are involved with Brigham City Hospital and Ogden Regional Hospital. Go to any Medical facility where they are not involved. I had a leg wound that I went to Brigham City Hospital for, I had a five second Xray taken. My insurance covered the Hospital portion, and I assumed that was it. Absolutely unprofessional billing department.
STAY AWAY IF PREGNANT! I was referred here to verify a miscarriage with an ultrasound. They would not allow my husband to come into the room with me. A technician named Tahni would not let me see the monitor. She muted the volume so I could not hear if there was a heart beat. I pleaded with her to let me see the monitor so I could see my baby. She refused, saying it was against policy. Even if she couldn't tell me about the results, i don't understand why i couldn't have seen the monitor. She was cold and insensitive... read more
EVERY TIME they send VA a bill, they do NOT include the proper information, then I get letters from a collection agency, THEN I HAVE to call and tell them what needs to be done to get paid. It has been at least 18 times in last 2 years since I've moved to Utah. Some real winners running this nightmare company.
