Joey was able to diagnose our problem over the phone with photos and a description. He was spot on and solved the issue of black specks in the bathtub. He was very personable and efficient. The company itself is responsive and has good customer service.
I had Brandon come out to my place in hopes that he could find a leak on my main waterline. This was following a visit from a competitor the day before who quoted me $1359 just to find this leak. After speaking with Brandon, I found that the competitor would just be contracting Brandon’s team to find the leak and then up charging me. Stetson, the plumber that came out, was very thorough and explained everything to me patiently (which I appreciate as I ask a lot of questions). I recently had a Brandon come out to provide an estimate for an issue I was experiencing and I was so impressed with their service. From the moment he arrived, the he was amazing and took the time to look over everything and explained everything clearly, so I felt comfortable about the situation. The experience was smooth and hassle-free, and I would definitely consider hiring them for the job!
