I would like to be seen here and have been sent instructions to set up account on patient portal to full out extensive paperwork before able to set up an appt- however- I cannot fill in all of the documents requires via online. I have left 3 messages so far and it has been over a week and no one has gotten back to me regarding this issue. I am beginning to wonder if anyone even checks messages or works at the front desk more than one day a month?. It’s very odd and obviously incredibly frustrating.
We sent our daughter there a few years ago and she liked the therapist, but then stopped going after just a few months and felt she wasn’t getting anything. More recently, my sister started sending a couple of her kids and saying how nice everyone was and they seemed to be helping so I thought maybe just see a different therapist. I have been with Chris finch at UHC for about 6 months and it’s been amazing! Bailey and the whole staff is incredible. I lucked out getting Chris for my first therapist and couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!
My therapist is pretty good at listening and empathizing. Sometimes I feel like my therapist may misunderstand some of the things I bring up. Other than that though, my therapist seems pretty empathetic and willing to listen.
