the PA I saw was NOT very sensitive to any of my concerns. She acted like it's easy as pie to work a FT job when there's always still the chance of pooping your pants.
RecommendedDoctor Fenton is the best gastroenterologist I've ever dealt with. I recommended them to couple of my other friends I have crohn's disease and they are extremely happy with him as well. I give them the highest of all stars available.
It was the best place to go for the procedure. I would recommend to anyone.

I was supposed to pay $1,000, now I’m on the hook for $10,000 from Mountain West Endoscopy Center and sent to collections. I’ve faxed to get the records of why they are screwing me, zero response. I’m not talking to you on the phone, trusting your words totally screwed me.
Our family has received the excellent and compassionate care of Dr. Trowbridge and his team for almost 10 years. He truly goes above and beyond in the physical and emotional care of his patients and their families!

I have never had the worst customer service with Utah Gastro. I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday for my husband because he needed to be seen ASAP so they scheduled me for a Monday. A different doctor from a different company was able to get us in right away which we needed so I called back the same day left a voicemail and canceled. They never returned my call so I called back again on Friday to make sure they got it. On Monday they said we missed her appointment and charged us $50.
