The doctor saw us very soon after my husband had a TBI. After that I found out how hard it is to get an appt with him so we really appreciate him.
You need to train your entry level lady who answers the phone on customer service. Unbelievably rude and arrogant. She is on a power trip. Seriously lady, schedule an appointment like a good an employee, especially for those of us with insurance, and leave your attitude at home.
