I had a very disappointing experience with this cheer gym. The business seems more focused on making money than having a healthy, competitive environment. They avoid real competition and primarily compete against themselves, which limits growth and development for the athletes. The owner comes across as unprofessional and lacking in maturity, which negatively affects the overall experience. My daughter Sienna has been on a Fusion Elite team for one season and she was on a prep team for one year before that. Sienna has had such a fun season this year. It went by way too fast. She’s was on two teams and had different rolls on both. She loved learning how to base and how be a flyer. She had great coaches that were patient and helpful. I truly wanted to love this gym. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when something affects my child, I feel a responsibility to share our experience with other parents. My daughter was part of a prep team, and unfortunately, it became clear that if your child isn’t on an elite team, they’re treated as an afterthought. Despite prep teams paying the same monthly fees as elite teams, the difference in treatment was stark. The showcase was great. I am just a little disappointed that one team didn’t get a flag or a picture.. I feel like the girls were waiting for that because all of the other teams received one.
