Sam has so many good reviews but I'm about to write another one! I was in a pickle, not the perfect candidate for a rental but she made an exception for me, and she made it happen quickly. I won't forget thanking her and her saying, "we try to help people." She rented out to me when other property management companies refused me. Sam is incredible to work with. Very intelligent, and detail oriented.
