Very poor lending experience. I initially called looking for a personal loan officer to help guide me to get qualified for a loan. I was told I had the right bank, but after they ran my credit they shut me down and told me to pay off debt and come back later. I later found out that the loan officer is commissioned paid for approved loans. There was no personal experience, no real guidance, it was just all about getting the deal done now and when it didn't go through i was treated like a fenced hog.
