RecommendedMy husband and I had some bad experiences at another fertility clinic and was hesitant to trying again but Utah Fertility Center in Pleasant Grove has been so amazing! They treat us like family and make sure all of my questions are answered immediately and always call us back in a timely manner.
Dr. Dorais, all the nurses and ultrasound techs, and the study team are AMAZING. My wife and I visited the Murray and Pleasant Grove offices DOZENS of times over the last year and every experience was great. And now we are 11 weeks into our pregnancy and have graduated from the center! We will be back for baby #2!
I have loved having Dr. Conway as my doctor! From the start she has been so thorough, kind, personal...She takes so much time with you, even calling me personally on a number of occasions to go over results, other appointments, etc. The lab could be better at calling you when the clinic says they will or even calling you back more often. This is the only thing here that hasn’t been 100% perfect but all my results do end up online anyways and Dr. Conway makes up for it by calling me later on to discuss it personally. Utah Fertility Center just wasted my time, I applied for egg donation, put that I’ve had miscarriages they said I qualified and I went in for my consultation today to find out that I’m no longer qualified because of my miscarriages, which I put on the application and also talked to my doctor before applying for the egg donation and she said I would be a good fit. Literally pissed off. Not only for my time being wasted but my hopes, that I would be able to help someone out in need to have a family one day.

This medical team will work as hard as you let them to make sure you get your little miracle /bondle of joy. Professional staff that you can trust. I just had my second miracle baby and I am very grateful.
Dr. Dorais is amazing. she is knowledgeable and stays abreast of current research and recommendations. She also is very open to hearing and considering your thoughts on different protocols and treatment options. She takes the time to talk you through the pros and cons of those thoughts carefully and respectfully. I've never had any other doctor truly care like Dr. Dorais does. We are so lucky to have found her.
