I wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr Alsolaiman and the entire staff for the excellent service on my colonoscopy this morning. You have a beautiful new facility and a top notch staff. I'm so grateful to everyone for taking care of me today!
Never in my life have I written a review but this place was absolutely horrible. I was given a day but not the time to have my procedure done, and for this I had to eat a substance that harms my body for weeks. So after being sick for weeks I got the call telling me that my appointment was at 4:20 the next day. So then I fasted and I got off of work early the next day and so did my fiancé and we drove an hour and when we got there the front desk lady told me that my appointment was set for one pm that same day. First time at this location, but third procedure with the same doctor. I’m in nursing, and was disappointed with the pre-op staff. The nurse I had did not wear gloves to insert my IV or use proper cleaning technique. My second IV burned so bad when I got the propofol for sedation, I was screaming in pain while I was falling asleep. After having almost ten surgeries/sedated procedures in the last five years, I have never had a more painful and questionable experience with IVs in this regard.
