What a wonderful patient experience. Dr. Frantz is exceptional at what he does. The nurse team of Connor and Crystal were phenomenal. Excellent patient care and an excellent patient experience, and that is saying something for a colonoscopy. Great people and great service. I highly recommend.
The staff and doctors were great but after spending thousands of dollars on a procedure they never even bothered sending me results. Absolutely ridiculous.
Very good and talented people at this office. They take excellent care and even turn an unpleasant procedure into a pleasant one--not an easy thing to do. They helped transition me from nervous to relaxed and even laughing. I will return again in 5-years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done folks!
I was a little nervous because I had never been here before (I previously always had them done at the hospital but my insurance changed). However- The whole staff and facility was fantastic! Mike (or I mean…. Joe :P) with anesthesia did great. Dianna RN pre-op was awesome. And Dr Thorpe is my fave! I was in and out in less than 90 min. See you again in 5 years!
