The center was clean and had a good process. However after my procedure I had a problem and called the doctor and the facility. The facility said I needed to call The doctors office. I called the doctors office and the ma said she would find out what I should do and let me know. She didnt call back for a week and by then I’d gone to my primary care doctor who was very helpful. Great service takes care of the customer Desiree at the front desk is fantastic she treats you with respect and makes you feel wonderful.
First time at this facility, so supper fast and kind, professional. Told them my anxiety was off the chart! They said we can help that wait about 7 seconds! It wasn’t even 7 seconds the next thing I know I’m waking up! WOW!
Fantastic experience. Dr. Casey Owen’s had amazing bedside manner, eased all my anxiety, was incredibly professional and kind with a dash of humor to lighten the mood. The staff was amazing, everyone was kind, on time, moved things along with a smile. Highly recommend!
