The staff and doctors were great but after spending thousands of dollars on a procedure they never even bothered sending me results. Absolutely ridiculous.
Very good and talented people at this office. They take excellent care and even turn an unpleasant procedure into a pleasant one--not an easy thing to do. They helped transition me from nervous to relaxed and even laughing. I will return again in 5-years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done folks!
I was a little nervous because I had never been here before (I previously always had them done at the hospital but my insurance changed). However- The whole staff and facility was fantastic! Mike (or I mean…. Joe :P) with anesthesia did great. Dianna RN pre-op was awesome. And Dr Thorpe is my fave! I was in and out in less than 90 min. See you again in 5 years!
My daughter needed a colonoscopy. They started to prep her for the wrong procedure until I stepped in to correct the problem. After the procedure, the doctor came in and gave a diagnosis that we had never heard of before. She had been in high levels of pain and adverse symptoms for a long time. When we asked questions about the diagnosis, the doctor said “she’ll have it for the rest of her life, could get better could get worse” And then told us to make an appointment with his clinic to talk about it. We came here for the first time ever. My mom needed an endoscopy. She's been at Stage 4 Cancer for 5 years now. While in the waiting room , all the nurses were amazing, but one really stood out and I'm not paying hard attention. Her name was Ashley. The way she was always so positive and kind and warm with the people before us was so impressive. I told my mom this. Then we got lucky and she called us in and dang was she good.
