Dr. Hilbig and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. I had been stressing about this procedure for weeks because I tend to worry, but they completely changed my experience. Whitney, Paige, Yolanda, Matt, and Will were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What a wonderful patient experience. Dr. Frantz is exceptional at what he does. The nurse team of Connor and Crystal were phenomenal. Excellent patient care and an excellent patient experience, and that is saying something for a colonoscopy. Great people and great service. I highly recommend.
The staff and doctors were great but after spending thousands of dollars on a procedure they never even bothered sending me results. Absolutely ridiculous.
Very good and talented people at this office. They take excellent care and even turn an unpleasant procedure into a pleasant one--not an easy thing to do. They helped transition me from nervous to relaxed and even laughing. I will return again in 5-years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done folks!
