I had a fantastic experience! I was feeling anxious because I was getting my first root canal. Dr. Kjar and his team were amazing! Dr. Kjar consistently checked on me throughout the procedure. I had my root canal done on a Friday. Dr. Kjar called me the next day, on Saturday to check on me and ask if I had any questions. Dr. Kjar was gentle with the numbing shots. Horrible experience there. Went in for a consultation and they didn’t tell me a X-ray was $216. Did it anyway. So I walked in thinking I was just there to talk. Nope. Won’t be going back because who knows what else they will charge me.
Dr Kjar and Dr. Thompson are amazing. My wife has had several procedures. I had an option to go through doctors office. And my wife insisted that I use Utah endodontics. Plus our dentist, Dr. Glasset has a great referral program. So I just had a double root canal. I was very nervous, Their team did such a good job with x-rays and a beautiful damn that made me more comfortable than ever.. Dr KJAR’s follow-through was amazing Their crew is 100% the best. I Highly recommend them.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. They are a shady business and don’t communicate effectively what you are going to be paying for services up front. Definitely don’t schedule a consultation as they won’t tell you what it costs to speak with the doctor for five minutes, and then they will surprise you with a large bill. I won’t be giving them my business anymore.
I was feeling very anxious about getting a root canal but Dr. Thomson and his assistant were absolutely exceptional. They were extremely professional, kind and helped me feel calm throughout the entire process. Before I knew it, it was already done. I highly recommend Dr. Thomson, a truly great experience.
