I had a great experience at my appointment. I felt listened to and everything was very well explained.
What is going on with your office? I have been coming to the American Fork location for years and have been generally happy with my experience, but things have gotten bad. I came in for an appointment about a month ago and didn’t think to ask for my prescriptions to be renewed. Now I have been waiting over a week for new CGM sensors because both I and my medical supply provider can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone and don’t get a response to voicemails. I’m worried I need to change to a new Endocrinologist.
These offices can't figure out how to pick up the phone or answer a voicemail. The provider I saw was dismissive of my symptoms, and the people behind the desk didn't seem to know what they were doing. The whole place reeks of bad administration
