My wife tried to cancel her appointment days before and left several voicemails. No one ever answers the phone. They still charged us a no show fee even though we left several voicemails saying we couldn’t make it. Terrible way to run a business.

This office NEVER answers their phone. I called 4 different times to try to cancel and reschedule my appointment because my baby woke up sick, and left countless voicemails but no one answered or called back but then I still received a $45 “no show” fee. So frustrating! Still calling to try to get this removed and have yet to reach anyone.

I had two appointments here, my second appointment upon checking in I was told I had 130$ company that had to be paid prior to being seen. This amount owing should’ve been told to me or advised in someway prior to me showing up to my appointment. I told them I didn’t have the physical card and if they could text me a link, I would be happy to pay it right then, To which a younger lady to the left stood up and said you have to make the payment before you can be seen. This place is a joke. I called 2 months ago to reschedule an appointment and nobody answered or called me back. I called multiple times over the course of a week, at different times of day, and the call was never answered. I left voicemails and responded over text to the system when prompted. I was completely ignored. I made an appointment with a different doctor, who answered their phone and accepted me as a patient, and then the next day Utah Endocrinology sent me a bill for a missed appointment over 2 months old. My experience with Dr. Falahati and this clinic has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. I initially scheduled an appointment for a thyroid nodule biopsy, which involved twelve needle insertions into my neck to extract samples. I was told I would receive a follow-up call with results within a week. That call never came. Weeks passed—first one, then two, then three.
