DO NOT GO HERE. I have had to go through 3 doctors here, because they kept leaving. It is pointless to build a good rapport with them, because they will leave sooner rather than later. Dr. Tew, I saw maybe twice Dr. Wilkerson was good. I liked him. But he left too. I saw him maybe 5 times. Dr. Hewlett, I saw once. Very frustrating. I cannot depend on ANY ENDOCRINOLOGISTS HERE.
I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Aaron Wilkerson and thought that he was lovely to work with. However, there was an issue through insurance where my claims were mistakenly denied. The billing department through Utah Endocrinology Associates charged me $650 at random. They gave me no warning, no notice of pending balances, no notice of the claims being denied and they did not send any bills to me. My wife had a good experience with the doctor and staff, but unfortunately when our insurance (mistakenly) indicated that they were out of network, we randomly received a $650 charge on our card. We never saw a bill or notification, and getting ahold of anyone to figure this out was a real pain. Once we talked to our insurance they realized that they had made a mistake and they will pay out the claim- our frustration is that we were never notified or saw a bill.
