extremely difficult to get someone on the phone to resolve a billing error they made. Literally dozens of calls in that go unanswered. Still trying to connect with them and hope to do so soon. If you are looking for a provider/doctor that's easy to work with, look elsewhere.
I established care here after a move and chose a provider and had a good experience. Six months later for my next appointment that provider was gone already. I made another appointment with the person they suggested. Both my husband and I took the day off to be there, only to find that the provider was at another location that day. The receptionists reply was, “I don’t know who keeps doing this” this place is to unstable and incompetent I would never recommend this place to anyone.
My wife tried to cancel her appointment days before and left several voicemails. No one ever answers the phone. They still charged us a no show fee even though we left several voicemails saying we couldn’t make it. Terrible way to run a business.
This office NEVER answers their phone. I called 4 different times to try to cancel and reschedule my appointment because my baby woke up sick, and left countless voicemails but no one answered or called back but then I still received a $45 “no show” fee. So frustrating! Still calling to try to get this removed and have yet to reach anyone.
I had two appointments here, my second appointment upon checking in I was told I had 130$ company that had to be paid prior to being seen. This amount owing should’ve been told to me or advised in someway prior to me showing up to my appointment. I told them I didn’t have the physical card and if they could text me a link, I would be happy to pay it right then, To which a younger lady to the left stood up and said you have to make the payment before you can be seen.
