Friendliness from everyone starting at check in, PA and Dr. Weingold. Received guidance information from financial staff to help with prescription payments. Received help when calling in later in the day to clarify instructions from Dr. Weingold.

The staff were so nice and Dr. Couldwell was knowledgeable and friendly. I went in thinking I knew it all but Dr. Couldwell made it so clear things could be better without making me put up a wall. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.
I took my grandma for an appointment with Dr. Katie Kaput. The only reason I am giving this clinic three stars is because Dr. Kaput was phenomenal, the other medical staff, not so much. Dr. Kaput was very patient and took the time to make sure that we understood my grandmother's diagnosis and what the next steps would be. Dr. Kaput instructed my grandma and I to wait for her medical staff to bring us paperwork so we can leave.
