Over the phone, I was told walk-ins are allowed for the test I needed. Only to find that there was a 2 hour wait. I have work meetings so I could not wait 2 hours. Then I was told I could have scheduled the test ahead of time. That information would have been helpful before I took time out of my day to drive and pay for parking and still couldn't get the test I needed. Not sure why such the bad reviews. My visit was amazing from the time i walked in. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and one even walked me to a different office upstairs for blood work. Everyone was very patient and kind!
I recommend going there, they are really helpful.
I love this clinic! I've seen two physicians here and a therapist. All have exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the front desk staff are so professional and so polite!
