Literally never even got to schedule with them, my provider took like a week(not their fault) to get them the refferal but the whole time I was checking if it was in they where awful and nasty to me. I desperately need these knee braces and the lady on the other end laughed at me when I called after my dr confirmed she sent it. Have said nothing to my Dr other than "I'm here in December" but I guess they were already booking out to January by the time this was sent?? A lot better than hanger got new legs fast they are great to work with in now walking some now with vacuum technology I love them can’t wait to get new ones he traveled to my house measured it and week later brought them to me from hill country thank y’all for working with me your best around double below knee amputee
Breanne and Katherine are incredible!I broke my prosthetic foot (which was unurepairable )at 10:45am . I was at turner falls Oklahoma, I drove back to Dallas they had me in a new foot and back to the park at 5pm. Thanks ladies you saved my vacation
I kept going back because my prosthetic just wasn't fitting correctly. Well they made my prosthetic and it cracked. They wanted to charge me for a whole new prosthetic. These things are not cheap so i said no and used a whole different Prosthetic Compsny that did a far better job. The company that i used their technicians actually used prosthetics. For all the money i spent at ut soutjwestern they kept sendimg sending me students
The office is not fancy or opulent as many of the newer UT Southwestern buildings are, but the staff is excellent. They listen carefully and provide multiple orthotics and prosthetics options for consideration. Ultimately it is up to you to decide which option is best for you. They are very low pressure when providing recommendations. We just had our son fitted with new in-shoe orthotics this morning, and will have to see how well they work for him. But so far, our experience has been very pleasant.
