Had a fantastic appointment with Nurse Practitioner Victoria Thomas today. She addressed my concerns and provided excellent education. Dr. Seema Rao and NP Thomas are both very kind and caring! Everyone I encounter is friendly and helpful. Had labs drawn earlier this week and it was practically painless. I am so grateful to be a patient of this primary care clinic. Thank you to everyone!!
Not only did I have to wait close to two months to see the earliest provider here for an intake appointment, but Dr. George John, when we finally did meet, was insufferable to work with. It was also the most expensive medical appointment I've had in recent memory but luckily they refunded me the full cost after a couple months. If you can, avoid this office like the plague. You can’t get a doctor or a person at thee office in the phone even in a medical emergency.
I was referred by my primary care doc for cardiology follow-up. Everything from check-in to final checkout was EXCELLENT customer service oriented. Special, special thanks to my providers, Dr Jeomi Okwara-she was super patient and attentive and Taulor Hamby my Echo tech who went above and beyond to guide me calmly through the process. Based on my experience on these two visits, I highly recommend this facility.
I love everything about this place, except the drive. 😂 My doctor is knowledgeable and kind, the staff are cheerful and helpful, and the lab is excellent. I wish I could come here for my regular check-ups!
