I was referred by my primary care doc for cardiology follow-up. Everything from check-in to final checkout was EXCELLENT customer service oriented. Special, special thanks to my providers, Dr Jeomi Okwara-she was super patient and attentive and Taulor Hamby my Echo tech who went above and beyond to guide me calmly through the process. Based on my experience on these two visits, I highly recommend this facility.
I love everything about this place, except the drive. 😂 My doctor is knowledgeable and kind, the staff are cheerful and helpful, and the lab is excellent. I wish I could come here for my regular check-ups!

I had one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences of my life with Dr. George John at UT Southwestern. As a 27-year-old breast cancer survivor who was diagnosed at 25, I came to this appointment fully prepared — with printed test results and a binder detailing my treatment history — simply to get established care and receive referrals required by my insurance (TRICARE) for oncology, gynecology, plastic surgery, therapy, etc. Instead of being met with professionalism, I was met with condescension and sarcasm. Use the general entrance with the word hillcrest on it. UTSW is on the third floor and only accessible through this entrance. There are other entrances at ground level under the UTSW sign but they go to other businesses.
