It states that the doctor is accepting new patients, however new patient appointment is available 6 months from now, i.e. in January for July,...etc. and this is primary care physicians!!!! Should they be just honest and state that they do not accept new patients.
Seen Dr. Menon and she was very professional and she listened to my concerns. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional.
Stay aware from this medical group. My medical insurance covers EKG at 100% as preventive. They coded it as diagnostic and charged me. The front desk is very unprofessional. Unless you have free money to hand over to these guys, stay away !!!! Definitely not recommended.
Front desk staff horrible, centralized billing even worst and the medical staff although knowledge and courteous are not organized and rely UT Southwestern Mychart system to communicate medical history and updates.
