Some of the management staff does not keep it professional.
I had a wonderful social worker speak to me at this hospital. Other than that, she was the only person who seemed to take me or my pain seriously. Got a blood & urine test, but after that I was just released with barely any physical examinations. They missed a chronic sinusitis and nasal obstruction issue that was affecting my whole right side through nerve pain and tension. I figured it out myself and will be seeking treatment elsewhere. Can’t wait to see what my bill is for this
If you want to go back and forth in an attempt to schedule an appointment and never make progress, this is your place. New patient here. Been told what I need. Worked back and forth to get it from my previous doctor in another state to just get hung up on and treated like an inconvenience. Wouldn’t trust them for a procedure if my life depended on it. Front office can’t do their job, dont believe the back office can either.
