went to see doctor cruz and got seen by a resident instead despite saying 4 TIMES i did not want to be seen by a resident. do not go here, they’re incredibly rude and dismissive of your personal concerns and say that you have to make an appointment if you have multiple concerns. AVOID. disappointed and very sad.
Very experienced and knowledgeable doctors and nurses and staff. I always feel comfortable and well cared for there.
The staff is very friendly. Another dermatologist treated me for a year or two for adult acne and it never healed. At my first appointment at UTSW, Lexi the PA, listened and then looked at my skin and said I had a different skin disorder and the treatment worked immediately. I am very thankful for her.
I was referred to UT Southwestern by my regular dermatologist to have a cyst on the back of my neck removed. When scheduling I was told that the procedure could be done at either location so I chose the Frisco location since it was slightly closer to my home. When I showed up to have the cyst removed i was told by the doctor Kaveh Nezafati, MD that he couldn't do it because it was too large for his skill set and he would refer my to someone in the Dallas location. then when I when to check out they want me to pay a co pay.
