One of the worst ERs we have ever been too!! They lie, walk away as you are still talking and so tired of hearing they are coming they are coming. 9 hrs later and nothing! Absolutely BS!!
I have been a patient in various clinics and deeply appreciate the care I have received over the years but there is room for improvement. This place is built for doctors and researchers. Nurses and ALL staff are interchangeable, under-compensated, overworked, and it shows (not at their fault). This place is a machine and not patient centered. Excellent one-offs but uncoordinated long-term treatment plans from a patient perspective.
Michelle in post/ pre recovery care is an absolutely horrible nurse. On her notes she lied stating that I was requesting Narcotics when I literally would have been okay with just Toredall. Nurse said doctor would send in medication and the medication was sent completely wrong by doctors . She was upset because I wanted to take out my own IV which I honestly do a better job then most of the experienced nurses there.
