The ladies on the phone are so rude. The way they talk when we have questions its unbelievable. Even the supervisor has a horrible tone. Who is in charge of customer service here???
Expensive parking cost, confusing payment system inside office building. Customers not understanding payment system block exit unable to get out backing up other cars
