The parking garage is quite modern, but is NOT centrally located to all UTSW facilities and it makes no sense to me for it to be visitor parking, yet charge $0 for under 30 minutes and then $5 for up to 24 hours. I guess the $0 is for quick deliveries and "hi and bye" visitors only.
There's many hospitals in the state of Texas but if you're looking for a multi-culture to support your medical needs UT Southwestern is the place. Also, this hospital is very diverse for patients and employment.
The ladies on the phone are so rude. The way they talk when we have questions its unbelievable. Even the supervisor has a horrible tone. Who is in charge of customer service here???
