This company doesn’t even TRY to process bills via your insurance. I really feel as if they want to keep bugging you so that you just pay the full bill out of pocket. I WILL NOT!!
As you can see below, their Accounts Receivable is incompetent. They mail you invoices. You paid the invoice, but they do not apply the money to the invoice. They basically just apply to your name. Then you start receiving statements with invoices on them, that you already paid!
The billing dept. is horrible. They are charging me a specialist rate to see a PA. I can’t get anyone on the phone and they never call you back. If I have to go there in person, they will be sorry. An ill senior citizen has to physically track them down. Shameful.
I pay everyone that I owe. Never received a bill, but was constantly harassed on the phone. I will continue to refuse payment until you can send me a legitimate bill explaining the services rendered.
Dr Sarah reed and dr short are absolutely amazing for obgyn. They were so caring, empathetic and sweet. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I got an appointment very quickly. Highly recommend them for obgyn needs. I felt very taken care of. Love these obgyns amazing!!
