I had a very pleasant experience and the entire staff was very pleasant 😊
Rude scheduling team. They hung up on me after I tried to explain what the insurance told me. I have two insurance and I explained which has to be primary based on what the insurance told me. The lady insisted on making my other insurance primary and was very rude. I then asked if she would like to just transfer me to her insurance verification team and she hung up.
Dr Anisha farishta is amazing! She listens to you carefully. It was my first time visiting and made me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend her!
