I’m completely impressed with their professionalism. I thank God I found UT physicians women center. Since day 1 that I enter this location the ladies at the front have been so helpful, and welcoming, always willing to help me in English or Spanish . The manager even took the time to walk down wi the me to the 3rd floor to make sure my glucose test was taken at the correct time . Their care and prompt attention is consistently outstanding! Excellent service
I came here as a new patient and saw nurse practitioner Elaine Ly. There was almost no wait time. I probably waited 10 minutes in the lobby and 5 minutes in the room. She was soo good as a provider. She listened and addressed all my concerns. I am definitely going to stay a patient of hers. Overall staff was nice and welcoming!
