Outstanding care and friendliness. Top notch in his field and the front office is always wonderful.
All the staff was considerent, and knowledgeable during my appointment. Dr. Pilada was very thorough from learning my history, asking permission if he could do an examination. He explained everything in detail about what he was going to do and give me the opportunity to say yes or no. At the end of the appointment he ask me if I wanted my husband to come in while we discussed what he had found through the examination and how we could move forward by having testing done to help figure out what is going on with me. After seeing two other doctors for my medical problem I sought out Dr Pidala and amazingly Dr Pidala gave me a treatment plan and within a week he had my problem fixed. Dr. Mark Pidala is a truly dedicated doctor. He is extremely caring and compassionate, and is interested in every detail concerning my health. I feel secure with his diagnosis and treatment. He performed an excellent surgery on me, my recovery was fast, and I fully trust him for my medical care. His staff is very kind and efficient.
