Unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the staff and the Dr. Jason Au. They are not professional don't care about their patients.
We had a wonderful experience at UT Physicians Pediatric Surgery – Memorial City with Dr. Jason Au, He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly about my son’s care. I really appreciated how attentive and professional he was. The entire team was amazing from the nurses to the assistants everyone made us feel comfortable and supported. A special thank you to the front desk staff as well, they were so friendly and welcoming. Excellent service all around!
