Dr. Giang was an outstanding physician, and we are deeply grateful for the time, care, and attention he gave while evaluating our child and determining the best course of action for our child's care. We left the appointment feeling hopeful and reassured because of Dr. Giang’s thoughtful approach. He is truly an asset to UT Health, and we are so thankful that he is our child's pediatric neurologist. The entire office staff were very professional and personable.

We absolutely LOVE UT Physicians Bay Area! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness, and the entire staff truly cares about the kids and families they serve. The doctors and nurses/MAs are amazing, patient, and always take the time to listen and explain everything, which means so much as a parent. My 9 year old was seen at this wonderful establishment and everyone from the appointment coordinator to Dr. Bui were first class in customer service and care. It is evident that the culture places emphasis on patient’s comfort and cultural competence. Dr Bui took the time to educate my 9 year old about his condition on the level where he understood and felt extremely safe and comfortable to share pertinent details with her.
