We absolutely LOVE UT Physicians Bay Area! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness, and the entire staff truly cares about the kids and families they serve. My 9 year old was seen at this wonderful establishment and everyone from the appointment coordinator to Dr. Bui were first class in customer service and care. It is evident that the culture places emphasis on patient’s comfort and cultural competence. Dr Bui took the time to educate my 9 year old about his condition on the level where he understood and felt extremely safe and comfortable to share pertinent details with her. The only thing keeping me here are the fantastic doctors. Dr. Nayes and Dr. Hammond are awesome, always so reassuring and they love their job. The front desk lady with the black hair, however, is very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to enjoy providing customer service. I left my appointment at 11:52, and when I tried to schedule my next appointment she denied my request because she told me she had already clocked out for lunch.
