Dr. Christian Ibanez in the Cypress office treated me for my hand injury late last year and I felt he was very caring and professional. I appreciated his bedside manners and patience. He did not make me feel rushed and took time to answer my questions. That is key for me when seeing a doctor. I highly recommend.
I simply asked for my FMLA paperwork to be filled out for work. I was refused. Now I am being told the specialist has to fill it out. The office had a 8 days to this. Now the specialist is telling me after I am seen next week it will take 7-10 business days to complete even though my deadline is 3/22. I stressed multiple times how important and necessary this was and absolutely no one cared. I am so disappointed and frustrated completely disregarded as a patient. I paid my bill. I did my part.
