The facility is so nice and so was every single person I came into contact with! Minimal wait time for the duration of my appointment; from check in to check out about 25 minutes. I was able to go back almost instantly, after my x-rays I waited max 5 minutes before getting into a room, then maybe 2-3 minutes before the doctor came in. Wow, Dr. Zhou is an incredibly knowledgeable physician and I am so thankful to be a patient of hers.
I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 ONLY because the office staff was so pleasant. I went to see Dr. Joanne Zhou because of my trigger finger. Her initial greeting was very warm and pleasant. However, once I refused to choose having surgery as an initial treatment and opted for an injection instead, she became hurried, unconcerned, and indifferent. If my issue persists I will not be returning to this physician.
Everyone there were so courteous and professional and kind.
