My appointment was at 1pm and soon as i got there i was in and out workers were nice friendly and dr answered all my questions and i fully understood everything that was going on with my knee and what i needed to do
I had made my son and wife each appointments to see his shoulder and her knee. They both went to their appointments and asked the Dr to look at her arm and his knee that were also bothering them. The Dr said that because we didn’t bring those issues up when we scheduled the appointment- the Dr couldn’t look at their other body parts unless we schedule a different appointment! I had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with—from check-in, to triage, to X-rays, and the provider, Dr. Jordan—were friendly, attentive, and helpful.
I would not recommend coming here. Made an appointment a week ago because I think I pulled something in my arm and the day of my appointment I was 10 minutes late due to traffic because of the first day is school and I decided to call and let them know. The receptionist said she was going to "ask the doctor" if it was ok and came back and told me I would have to reschedule. I've been in pain for a week and waiting for this appointment and relayed that to her but there was no empathy whatsoever.
