I absolutely love UT Physicians Orthopedics. My daughter fractured her wrist on a Saturday. I called Monday morning to schedule an appointment and was seen the same day! We were seen rather quickly and EVERYONE was so kind and friendly. Definitely recommend seeing them.
I wish I could rate this facility as high as many of the other reviews but my experience was much different. I had no issues with the front desk. Check in was fast. I had brought results of MRI’s done several months ago. During the exam an MRI from I date a few years back that I had never had done was brought up on the screen. I tried to show them the results from the one done recently but no interest in looking at that only what was on the screen. I left frustrated. The front reception staff is very rude and be prepared to WAIT. Doctors, nurses, and techs are all wonderful and make this place worth it.
