Lily was great, sunny, very professional. I look forward to meeting the Dr. Who will be new to me, although I have been to this practice before for knee replacement in 2017. I would say the young man who did the back check in was very hurried and had no patient skills. He is in the wrong job.
If you need a knee replacement Dr. Hartline is fantastic!! I am 19 weeks post op and my knee feels better than it has in years!!
