I've been going to UT Physicians for about 4 yrs and I'm proud to say that I'm actually seeing positive results. Rather than just being a paycheck to my other physicians. They actually take the time to make sure they go into detail for my treatment and necessary actions. My other doctors if 5 yrs would spend maybe 10 minutes with me and would not explain anything other than take this and take that, and didn't worry about the contradictions of mixing multiple meds that were bad. Dr. M. Ahmed, who oversees this office, is rarely available. He does not work on Fridays and typically leaves before 3:00 PM each day, making it difficult for working individuals to access care. Additionally, the nursing staff consistently provides subpar customer service. Due to ongoing issues with this office, I am currently seeking legal counsel to address and resolve the damages I have received due to this office’s lack of proper treatment. Dr Naqvi is in our family’s opinion hands down THE best pediatrician any parent can hope to find! He’s been our pediatrician for 5+yrs and my husband and I cannot thank him enough for all he does for our children; one of which has a rare genetic disorder who he treats so so well and is very attentive and understanding I could cry !
