I paid out of pocket for an MRI the same day to speed things up. Their office received the MRI by October 21—yet here I am, October 30, still waiting for a call, update, or any kind of follow-up. Dr. Zhang was patient and informative and helped me understand my condition better.
Dr. Bilkis and her staff are awesome. They treat you as a person not just as a patient. She also gives you options in your care so you feel like you have a say to what treatment fits in with your life. I recommend her and all the Doctors and Staff at UT Multispecialty group at their Cinco Ranch office.
