I was well taken care after my motorcycle accident.
I live in Brenham area. So most doctors want us to go BSW hospital. They are ok for small things. But major things should always go to Houston. Hermann has been a God sent for me. God and Hermann doctors saved my leg. Thank you, the staff were great, always kind even the cafeteria would call and ask if they could send up something that I might be able to eat. I had a great experience if you have to go into a hospital I will always recommend Hermann.
The follow up appointment was clearly communicated and executed. Points of contact and location were clear, links to online portal were available/communicated. The Dr and med tech staff were helpful and respectful.
