My parents called asking for an appointment as soon as she realized they were both new patients she put them on hold and they were mysteriously hung up on a few minutes later. My whole family goes here. Often my husband or son the day they call it . But when I, a new patient tries to make an appt they give me either a week out OR they aren't taking new patients that day. I guess if you aren't really sick that's fine but I am and I'm forced to go to urgent care.

Do not go here if you want a solution to your problem. I got to spend 4 minutes (no joke--4 minutes) with the Dr. who then said I probably needed an MRI--but wouldn't give me one. Did an x-ray when I told him I had several done elsewhere and they showed nothing. Then told me not to exercise and to start an Alleve regimen. No MRI to solve the problem or even find out what the problem was. Do NOT GO HERE--all they want is a reason to bill your insurance company. Very professionally and personally honest which is very important to the healing process of patients. Dr. Abdelmelek knows and practices with God's fear Who provides her with strength, accuracy in diagnosis and personally I have experienced that. Dr. Abdelmelek has done what various others before her could not do. I strongly recommend my favorite doctor to all types of patients.
