The wait time was ridiculously long, 1 hour before being seen
Dr Hetz and staff made us feel very comfortable with the procedure and answered our questions fully. We did not feel rushed and we were encouraged to call if we needed another “sit down” prior to the surgery.
I would definitely recommend this practice.
