My whole family goes here. Often my husband or son the day they call it . But when I, a new patient tries to make an appt they give me either a week out OR they aren't taking new patients that day. I guess if you aren't really sick that's fine but I am and I'm forced to go to urgent care.
Christina at the appointment desk is the rudest person. My parents called asking for an appointment as soon as she realized they were both new patients she put them on hold and they were mysteriously hung up on a few minutes later. They call back and just get appointments can you hold please. Well you didn't put the phone on hold idiot and you finished your gossiping before taking the call. I had dad hang up and I called back.
