Terrible communication. Staff is incompetent, rude, and Ignores you when you walk in and chats with each other, checking you in 20 minutes after you arrive and attempts to cancel your appointment. They have difficulty filling out simple referrals. They don’t return phone calls. Even their own customer experience representatives agreed it is poorly managed. We are moving on to new doctors.
