Trying to make an appointment with Le Bonheur Urology is a joke.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Initially called to try to set appt March 27th & was told I would need to send referral from pcp and it would have to be reviewed by drs which would take a week. It's been 2 weeks since the referral was sent & I was told rudely after calling back that the drs have not had time to review and my son is no better than anyone else waiting. I was initially told the first time I called they would be able to set appt for May. Now they are saying IF they decide to see him it will be September before ... read more
