I’ve never felt so dismissed or frustrated with a doctor’s office before. Over five weeks ago, I visited this office to make sure they accepted my insurance before becoming a new patient. I even provided a copy of my insurance ID, and the receptionist confirmed they did. She gave me a new patient packet, which I completed and returned. After waiting two weeks without hearing back, I had to call myself to schedule an appointment — which they then set for three weeks later. I absolutely love this practice. When you walk in they greet you by name and signed in in minutes. The longest I have ever had to wait to be called back was about 10 mins (if that) the nurse is so wonderful and friendly. I'm a big woman and no one in the practice has ever made me feel uncomfortable or like I was being judged. Krista Bolton is wonderful. She cares about all her patients.
My girlfriend was refused service due to no insurance and still was refused even when we offered to pay for it. I guess this facility doesn't care about uninsured people.
