I’ve never felt so dismissed or frustrated with a doctor’s office before. Over five weeks ago, I visited this office to make sure they accepted my insurance before becoming a new patient. I even provided a copy of my insurance ID, and the receptionist confirmed they did. She gave me a new patient packet, which I completed and returned. After waiting two weeks without hearing back, I had to call myself to schedule an appointment — which they then set for three weeks later. I absolutely love this practice. When you walk in they greet you by name and signed in in minutes. The longest I have ever had to wait to be called back was about 10 mins (if that) the nurse is so wonderful and friendly. I'm a big woman and no one in the practice has ever made me feel uncomfortable or like I was being judged.
