Dr Patel and his staff are amazing. The UT health system is awesome. Sometimes there is a wait but the care you receive is beyond worth it.
Costumer service from the staff no that good, very strict with their timing policies and "no show" , you have a 15 minute tolerance and if I arrived 16 minutes late they didn't want to see me, put me as "no show" , they care more about their rules than the patients, I have ADD and I arrive late to many places, but in this clinic that doesn't matter to them, because they don't see you as a person they see you as a number or a percentage, they told me that it doesn't matter if the patient doesn't have legs or can't walk being ... read more
Admittedly haven’t been to a primary physician in close to 10 years as specialists for other issues were who I started seeing. My mom goes to Dr Kohatsu (name spelled wrong I am sure) but I recently went here last week. Love the doctor, office staff is super nice, and was able to get blood work done in the office…very easy and convenient. Dr was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Just have to make it known that my care team Dr. Pratik Patel is so wonderful and listens to you and has helped me tremendously with any questions or issues that arise and has a Heart of Gold.
Dr. Yuen is nice, and I like that I usually have to wait little to none when I come in. But it is frustrating when you have a concern and can't get in for over a month and sometimes months. Then they tell me they'll put me on the waitlist to be contacted but only contact me via Mychart email, which went to my junk box. Now I cleared up the junk box issue and wait list appts get claimed before I have the chance to open the email. It’s infuriating.
