The Doctors I have seen and the care providers have been excellent. It has not taken very long to obtain an appointment either. Very happy with services so far.

UT Health is falsifying medical procedure codes to the max billing amount possible. They are taking advantage of patients that either do not know better or do not have sufficient time to research the codes. I am a young healthy person and spent 15 minutes as a new patient. The code billed to me was maxed out as complex severity with 45 minutes with provider. JUST ANOTHER SCAM!

I have been a patient with UTHSC for approximately 15 years. In that time I have observed a slow, gradual decline in the quality of this organization. There are evidently too many patients brought on board without sufficient doctors to provide adequate care for even the chronically ill patient. Appointments are difficult to schedule; the care is shabby and follow-ups are difficult to obtain. I suspect UTHSC is stretching itself too thin without adequate resources. I would not recommend this medical oganization to anyone.
Nurse Cassie Boswell did everything possible to help my daughter during a scary and stressful surgery at the UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center. When paperwork from other providers was not completed, her compassion, kindness and attention to detail made sure we got surgery scheduled so healing can begin. You are in the perfect profession helping others Cassie. Thank you.
