I’m here this morning and i promise you if you had to find a place with the most unhappy people on a Friday morning... this is it. Rude and they act as if you’re inconveniencing them by coming to your appt on time. When I told the lab desk person I was sent through the VA she rolled her eyes.
I had a gallbladder removal on 6-13-20 with dr sirinek, he did a great job given the circumstances but trying to get papers filled out for my insurance, FMLA, and short term disability have been HELL! Post surgery on Monday 6-15-2020 to thursday when I was discharged I told his resident EVERYDAY that I needed them filled out , she didn’t seem to care , never took them or relayed the message that they needed to be filled out. You keep calling my personal number with a fax machine. I called to ask that you stop because it keeps going on but they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Ridiculous you keep calling a number that's not fax trying to send a fax, to someone who's told you that they have nothing to do with your hospital. You're trying to send out information to unknown parties which I'm sure violates some code of ethics. I ran to the emergency room on the Sunday morning there was no ophthalmologist to see me. Being a former award-winning television journalist and a medical reporter.
