It takes them 3-4 days to send my prescription to a pharmacy, and even then, they send it to the wrong pharmacy despite having the correct address in their notes. This isn’t feasible for patients.
Worst place ever. Refusing medication and not trying to call and let me know anything. Do not recommend to anyone
Initially, everything seemed great—Dr. Matthews is an exceptional doctor, and our first appointment went well. However, after that, the facility has repeatedly canceled our appointments. Our son requires monthly evaluations, but he has only been seen once since his initial visit** UPDATE 12/25 still cancelling our appts, still no follow up, so disappointed
This place sucks. They will cancel your appointment and reschedule to a different time without contacting you. You CANNOTtalk to a supervisor at all, and the staff is rude when asking them to change the appointment back, stating they need permission. WHo gave them permission to change it in the first place?
