It's been over six months since I used your services and am still haunted by the name- calling. You're on your way to becoming highly successful doctors with excellent bedside manner... not. Also, you can increase a patient's medication by more than 0.00001mg without fear of adverse effects. All this place cares about is appearance, not actually helping people if they need higher doses or controlled substances. It might as well be a children's mental health clinic. Dr Joseph Hernandez is the worst. He refused to change my medication and literally said there was nothing he could do even though I’m having severe symptoms that need to be addressed. He doesn’t really want to help. I wanted to change doctors and you need the managers permission for that. The scheduling person contacted the manager and said he will get back to me but never did. Go someplace else to get the care you need.
It takes them 3-4 days to send my prescription to a pharmacy, and even then, they send it to the wrong pharmacy despite having the correct address in their notes. This isn’t feasible for patients.
Worst place ever. Refusing medication and not trying to call and let me know anything. Do not recommend to anyone
