Dr Joseph Hernandez is the worst. He refused to change my medication and literally said there was nothing he could do even though I’m having severe symptoms that need to be addressed. He doesn’t really want to help. I wanted to change doctors and you need the managers permission for that. The scheduling person contacted the manager and said he will get back to me but never did. Go someplace else to get the care you need.
It takes them 3-4 days to send my prescription to a pharmacy, and even then, they send it to the wrong pharmacy despite having the correct address in their notes. This isn’t feasible for patients.
Worst place ever. Refusing medication and not trying to call and let me know anything. Do not recommend to anyone
Initially, everything seemed great—Dr. Matthews is an exceptional doctor, and our first appointment went well. However, after that, the facility has repeatedly canceled our appointments. Our son requires monthly evaluations, but he has only been seen once since his initial visit** UPDATE 12/25 still cancelling our appts, still no follow up, so disappointed
