The staff is very nice with the exception of Dr. Amarista. His bedside manner is very lacking and he chewed me out for half of my next appointment after speaking to the receptionist about it. He asks a question then interrupts your answer, and gives feedback or instruction off what he assumes your answer is going to be. He then lashes out when the patient gets upset. Last year Dr. Ellis performed what I believe is called a LeFort I Maxillary Advancement on me & I couldn’t thank him enough! In my opinion my case was pretty bad from the start, but He & my Orthodontist worked together to perfect my bite I didn’t know it was possible & even though the recovery was challenging both the procedure & my orthodontic treatment truly changed my life in the best way. Took 5 hours to pull a tooth.
Was excited about coming here until the day of my fiancés surgery. I called about 20 times and they never answered the phones. I have tried getting his insurance verification and everything from them after they said they would call me and never did. I’ve called so many times trying to get a hold of this department and nobody is helping
My daughter had a surgery last week in this hospital! Her doctors, dr. Miller and dr. Garza, did her surgery! They did an A plus surgery and we are very very happy about the result! And everything in this hospital was the best!
