Update. Last review I put that the instructions were all over the place and they made me drive back after my spouse was having a procedure since initially they told me they'd text me when he was done then when I was home they threatened to cancel it if I wasn't physically there in the waiting room the whole 3-4 hours... Now apparently they lost the receipt for the payment for the procedure and we've been dealing with them for weeks trying to figure out why they don't think we've paid even though we've provided the receipts..... read more
I would rate it as zero if an option. Did not see the earlier reviews before. Stay away. They also do not care with reviews either but sharing just for others.
Terrible customer service. I was unable to obtain copies of my test results after my insurance company, Tricare, paid for my procedure. UT Health wanted me pay extra for copies of the results and refused to post them to their electronic patient dashboard.
